| Returns & Exchanges |
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly accept returns of items in original, sellable condition unless the order was a special order. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the original delivery date. Please call or email us first to obtain a return authorization number. Returned merchandise will be credited to the credit card used to make original purchase. We cannot refund or reimburse any shipping and handling charges.
Please note: We will not accept returns sent through the United States Postal Service due to past problems with damaged, lost, & undelivered merchandise. Package needs to be returned via UPS, Federal Express, or DHL.

| Product Availability |
All of the items on this site are available in our store front and at time may be sold out before we can remove them from the site, so we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Many times we are able to reorder those items or already have more on their way. We will notify you in those instances.

Please note that at busy times in the store will are unable to answer the phone so the best way to contact us is to e-mail or use our live chat with our online customer service rep. You may also download and print an order form.

| Shipping Info |
We ship orders via UPS. All orders are sent Ground unless you specify otherwise. We gladly ship internationally but we will no longer ship via the US Postal Service.

| Gift Wrap |
We gladly wrap any of your gift items for free, include a card, and ship it to the recipient. All that information is on our order form. Items marked with the gift icon are available for wrapping.
