| Returns & Exchanges |
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly accept returns of items in original, sellable condition. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date. Please call or email us first to obtain a return authorization number. Returned merchandise will be credited to the credit card used to make original purchase. We cannot refund or reimburse any shipping and handling charges.

All of the items on this site are available in our store front and at time may be sold out before we can remove them from the site, so we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Many times we are able to reorder those items or already have more on their way. We will notify you in those instances. |

| Shipping Info |
We ship orders via UPS Ground. If you happen to be out of the UPS shipping area, please let us know and we will make other arrangements.
We will ship to Alaska & Hawaii and outside the US but please note that your shipping charges will be adjusted to the actual cost of shipping.

| Gift Wrap |
We gladly wrap any of your gift items for free, include a card, and ship it to the recipient. All that information is on our order form. Items marked with the gift icon are available for wrapping.
